Sheriff Eric Scheffler speaking to a large recovery group today about the Hope One Mobile Outreach.

Friday , January 24 - Behavior Crossroads - Sheriff Eric Scheffler speaking to a large recovery group today about the Hope One Mobile Outreach. They were also provided information about expungement of their records. The group was very thankful that the sheriff created the program to help those suffering. Some people in the group acknowledged that they were helped by Hope One. When local police chiefs and sheriffs work hand and hand with drug treatment centers, mental health , social service, hospitals, prosecutors, courts, and others, it is just amazing what solutions will emerge. "We cannot let our guard down...this not just a community problem , this is a law enforcement problem." Law Enforcement Leaders must serve on many different levels and become an integral part of the entire recovery and rehabilitation process. But we must remember that there is hope. Lives are being saved because families affected by this deadly disease that is taking the lives of our children, friends, neighbors are speaking up, and our police and sheriff agencies are changing their ways and stepping up to put an end to this epidemic.
